Let's gather at Cookshop for an evening of, mixing, rolling, shaping, and eating delicious handmade pasta! Together we’ll explore the hand-formed pasta tradition of Southern Italy. This hands-on experience will include everything from the mixing of dough to shaping, storing, and cooking pasta. Guests will then be treated to a pasta snack featuring local and seasonal ingredients. Guests will leave with their own freshly made pasta, dough and sauce recipes. No special equipment or expertise necessary. Vegan-friendly.
